Manifesto

In a familiar board game, players assume roles such as citizens, mafia members, and state figures like the police, doctor, and maniac. This trio symbolizes the collective illusion—or Maya—that upholds the state's influence by enforcing a shared framework of consciousness, all underpinned by a monopoly on violence executed by human hands.

Yet as technology advances, with machines and robots stepping into roles traditionally held by people, a new alliance is emerging. This alliance of humans, robots, and other evolving forms of life lays the groundwork for a "state without a state": a decentralized society that exists beyond conventional geographical, political, economic, and cultural boundaries. It is a society built on trust rather than political machinations, utilizing alternative financial systems in place of state-issued money, and embracing a neutral stance in decision-making—free from the pressures of imposed political crises such as pandemics, wars, or food shortages.

This concept is not merely theoretical. It is destined to be affirmed through a universal referendum of mutual recognition—a daily ten-minute pause that enables society to reach consensus and, ultimately, to break the millennia-long cycle of conflict.

Moreover, the practice of non-doing from doNONdo is the very consensus algorithm that unlocks the potential for a state without a state. Practice Nothing. Meet new TIME.
